At "Build Your Own Brand", we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The item must not have been used, worn, or washed.
• The item must not be a final sale or clearance item, as indicated on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact us at bandconline@stgiab.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund in the form of refund payment method. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective or damaged.
